We want you to feel confident buying from phresher. If Perimenopause Decoded isn’t right for you, just let us know within 7 days and we’ll refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Log in to your phresher account and visit My Account → Billing → Request Refund within 7 days of purchase. Alternatively, email info.phresher@gmail.com with your order number and we will process it within 2 business days.
What qualifies
Any purchase of Perimenopause Decoded within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. The 7-day window starts at the timestamp of your payment.
What happens
Your enrollment is revoked and your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
What does not qualify
Requests made after 7 days from purchase. Refunds are not available for purchases made at a discounted price unless the discount was applied in error.
