phresher is operated by Michelle Cleveland. We collect and process personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws.
2. What we collect
We collect your name and email address when you sign up for our free guide or purchase a course. We also collect payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers). We collect technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: deliver the products and services you purchase; send email communications you have consented to (CASL-compliant, with unsubscribe in every marketing email); improve our content and services; comply with legal obligations.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at info.phresher@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Course access data is retained for as long as you have a valid enrollment.
6. Third parties
We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
